SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - Hardette Harris, the owner and chef at “Us Up North” restaurant in Shreveport, will demo some of her most tasty dishes at Saturday’s Big Health Event, and they’re all healthy.
She was born in India and graduated with high honors from The Culinary Institute of America before gaining worldwide fame on the Food Network.
